Terms and Conditions of Business
1. PAYMENT: Payment must be made in advance of shipping by cheque or wire transfer. We will ship via COD but the client will be liable for any extra collection charges.
2. DELIVERY: This will be paid for by the client. For items shipped outside the UK our preferred method is via UPS or DHL.
3. WARRANTY: Croston Antiques will provide a written Guarantee attesting to the authenticity of the purchased items.
4. SHIPMENT: Following the clearance of payment the goods will be shipped within 2 working days.
REFUNDS: If the client is not satisfied with the items they must notify Croston Antiques within 7 days of the original shipping date. The items must be returned to Croston Antiques within 14 days at the expense of the client. No refunds will be given after 7 days. Refunds will not include the original outward packing and transport costs.
